Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or policies
• Post inappropriate content or spam
• Share personal contact details in public forums
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Use automated systems to access the platform

Property owners must:

• Provide accurate property information and photos
• Maintain property in habitable condition
• Honor confirmed bookings and agreed terms
• Respond to tenant inquiries within reasonable time
• Comply with local rental and safety regulations
• Not discriminate based on religion, caste, or region
• Maintain proper documentation and licenses

Our dispute resolution process:

• Mediation between parties within 7 business days
• Evidence-based resolution with documentation
